New Year's Eve menu . . .

Bring in the new year satisfying your senses in the soothing ambiance of the newly opened Della Terra restaurant. Our tantalizing four course prix-fixe New Years Eve menu will please your taste buds, complemented by our extensive wine list and an inclusive glass of champagne.

For an intimate evening, the patio provides a refreshing outdoor experience. Parties of up to 18 can also be accommodated in our beautifully appointed and private wine cellar/vip room.

Two seating times are available:

5:30pm - 7:00pm seating is priced at $60 per guest

9:00pm - 10:30pm seating is priced at $80 per guest and includes free-flowing champagne from 11:30 - 12 to welcome the New Year followed by music and dancing!!!


Four Course Prix-Fixe Menu

1st Course

black truffle pizza topped with paddle fish caviar


2nd Course

chestnut soup

or

prosciutto with arugula and shaved parmesan

or

sweet shrimp rissotto


3rd Course

filet mignon

or

grilled branzino

or

half chicken with black truffles


4th Course

tiramisu with amaretto gelato and mixed berry sauce

or

bread pudding with dulce de leche gelato with fruit chutney

  1. Serving of caviars on lightly toasted bread or crackers along with butter is acclaimed as a fine hors d'oeuvre. It is also common to find caviar being served with beverages like champagne or vodka. The caviar may be obtained from various fish species- the most commonly used fish species being the sturgeon.
